In January 2006, a group of concerned
business leaders in La Porte formed the La Porte Political
Action Committee (LPAC) to support city and state elected
officials or candidates, on a non partisan basis, who are advocates
for free enterprise, pro business and that promote economic
growth.
LPAC hopes to accomplish this purpose by
soliciting funds from the local business community, making its own
independent evaluations of candidates and supporting those
candidates that are advocates for business and economic
development in our community. Support can be shown by either
campaign contributions and or endorsements on a non-partisan
basis.
If you are interested in sound governmental
leadership that supports local business and promotes economic
development, we are asking you for a financial contribution of
$50.
The La Porte Political Action Committee (LPAC)
is registered with the Indiana Secretary of States Office and the
La Porte County
Clerk.
